The hotel's central location in Piazza Giovanni Bovio made it very convenient for exploring the city's most interesting squares and landmarks. We were within walking distance of the Cathedral of Naples, San Gregorio Armeno, and subterranean Naples. The room we stayed in had a comfortable seating area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The proximity to the Port of Naples and Molo Beverello Port made it easy for us to plan activities and excursions. We appreciated the free welcome basket filled with breakfast products, including tea, coffee, croissants, jam. It was a great way to start our day. The guesthouse staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a great time during our stay.

The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a minor inconvenience.

I always choose this place. Regular guest for years. Kind staff helped my old parents. Suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, airport shuttle, TV, lift, kettle, kitchen. No pets or smoking. Coming back for Christmas. No regrets, highly recommended.

Great location in Naples, near to the main train station, the center of Napels, and Port of Naples and Central Naples. Good choice of food options at a short distance from the venue. Very comfy beds, climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the room. Large bathroom with walk-in showers; incredible staff...

The staff were really kind and nice day and night. The hotel was in the central setting very close to Universita metro. Easily reached Osteria da Antonio, located not too far from the property, had lunch/dinner there;))

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding! The room was like a 4-star hotel, sparkling clean and with super comfy beds. The location was perfect, close to the center and well connected. The staff, especially Cosimo, was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit.

More breakfast items would have been nice, but this was a minor issue.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a hairdryer and there is a supermarket right behind the building. They also provide drinks at a good value and a safe location for luggage after check-out.

The location was great, right in the middle of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also liked that there was a supermarket nearby and a gelateria across the street.

The noise level was too high and made it difficult to sleep at night. the advertised amenities were not fully provided - there was no microwave or oven and the room was not routinely serviced.
